Hi, I'm Terra

I love to swim in the ocean. I'm a Sagittarius sun, Cancer moon, and Leo rising. My mom went to massage school when I was ten years old and I loved pouring over her anatomy textbooks. Growing up around crystals, incense, and oracle cards, I've always understood that everything is energy. I'm an introvert but I love connecting with people in really deep, intense, powerful ways.

My Approach

I believe in listening versus doing. I have no intention to heal you or fix you. Instead, I am curious about what happens when we finally feel safe enough to drop into our bodies and rest in stillness. I believe healing happens when we meet ourselves where we are, right now. Energy work and massage therapy create a sacred time and space to listen, breathe, and just be.
